Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. On arrival, please thoroughly check your mat and let us know of any factory faults within two days, we will replace it for you at our own cost. 

Please choose your mat carefully, the nature of the memory foam core makes our mats difficult to repackage and return. For that reason, we will not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. 

In the case of any factory errors or defects please contact us within 2 days of arrival so we can arrange a replacement for you. On returning the play mat must be in its unused, original condition including all packaging (Velcro straps, protective packaging, and cardboard box).

All returns are subject to the above terms and conditions- Little Finch has the right to reject any returns made outside the 14-day returns period or any returns that do not meet the return criteria above ie, original condition and packaging requirements.
